Features

· Realism:

1) The structure is very similar to the real vaginal canal.

2) Bony landmarks including such as pubic symphysis, ischial spines, apex of coccyx, sacrum, anterior superior iliac spinesacral promontory, etc.

3) 32-week newborn twins with palpable fontanel, cranial suture, inferior scapular angle, spine of the scapula, and movable neck and limb joints

· Anatomy:

1) Accurate anatomical structures and obvious landmarks from the lower part of xiphoid to upper thighs.

2) The posterior surface of the pubic symphysis and the anterior concavity of the sacrum contribute to forming the anterior and posterior walls of the pelvic cavity, allowing for training of the mechanism of labor.

3) Flexible bilateral hip joints allowing flexion, adduction, abduction, internal rotation and external rotation. The simulator can be positioned in lithotomy position and McRoberts position.

· Key Features:

1) Multiple fetal positions are supported, such as vertex-vertex presentation, vertex/non-vertex presentation.

2) The fetus’s hands present a fist posture. The neck joints are able to move freely in all directions without resistance. Limbs are in a naturally slightly flexed position.

3) The fetus features simulated skeletal structures within its arms, thighs, lower legs, and feet. Pulling on the lower limbs does not cause excessive deformation of the fetus during the training for breech delivery. 

4) Supporting special circumstances in twin deliveries, such as impacted fetal heads, locked twins, and umbilical cord prolapse, and various types of clinical forceps devices can be used to perform forceps delivery.

 McRoberts maneuver: It involves hyper flexing the legs tightly to the abdomen. This widens the pelvis, and flattens the spine in the lower back. This maneuver facilitates the delivery of the front shoulder by traction of the fetal head.

   Suprapubic pressure: It is applied downward assist to dislodge the impacted shoulder. The material of the abdominal wall is soft, and the forearm of the fetus can be easily palpated. The abdominal wall is removable.

5) Removable cervix, perineum, vagina for quick replacement without tools.

6) Realistic amniotic sac structure. Simulated amniotic fluid can flow out after manual rupture of membranes.

7) The urethra can be inserted with a 14F-20F gauge catheter to a depth of 4-6 cm.

8) It comes with simulated umbilical cord and placenta. The umbilical cutting and clamping can be performed.

9) The model has a carrying handle for easy carrying. The built-in straps and non-slip design can be fixed on the desktop and is not easy to move during operation.

10) The abdomen comes with soft foam material so that the abdomen does not collapse when under no pressure.
