The product is designed to simulate comprehensive emergency care training across pre-hospital, patient transfer, and in-hospital scenarios. It supports skill development in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). It’s an ideal solution for both learners through hands-on training and skill practice, and instructors in effective demonstration, scenario-based teaching, and performance assessment.

Features

    General:

    · Guardian Ultra is a full-body manikin with realistic airway structure and lifelike tactile feedback.

    · Two power supply modes: 220v power or built-in battery for up to 8 hours.

    · Tool-free limbs.

    · Replaceable venipuncture modules, and neck skin.


    Airway:

    · A highly accurate airway anatomy and palpable cricoid and thyroid cartilages, allowing for tracheal intubation, Laryngeal mask airway (LMA), needle cricothyrotomy, surgical cricothyrotomy, and tracheotomy training.

    · Airway opening can be performed, detected and logged.

    · Difficult airway: tongue edema.


    Breathing:

    · The manikin restores spontaneous breathing with chest movement and provides verbal feedback upon successful resuscitation.

    · Audible metronome provides guidance for the correct chest compression rate.

    · An indicator band on the forehead provides real-time visual feedback: its flashing frequency matches the compression rate, and color changes (green/yellow/red) indicate depth accuracy (correct, too shallow, or too deep). This guidance system is software-controllable (on/off).


    Circulation:

    · Lip color can be switched to show cyanosis, pale, and ruddy.

    · Programmatically controlled, autonomously pulsating bilateral carotid and radial arteries with palpation detection & logging (location, count).

    · Realistic BP measurement on the right arm can be performed using any clinical sphygmomanometer and stethoscope, with systolic and diastolic pressures being software-adjustable.

    · Compatibility with real hospital-grade 5-lead ECG monitors for displaying authentic ECG waveforms, including Normal Sinus Rhythm (NSR) , Ventricular Fibrillation (V-Fib), Myocardial Infarction (MI), Tachycardia, Ventricular Premature Contraction (VPC), Third-degree Atrioventricular Block, and Sinus Bradycardia.


    CPR:

    · Defibrillation can be performed using clinical defibrillators and AEDs, with delivered energy (J), polarity, and shock count automatically detected and logged.

    · Compliant with AHA and ERC guidelines, capable of real-time monitoring and displaying CPR data in real time via graph and curve, including compression depth, frequency, position, ventilation volume and duration.

    · Durable mechanics guaranteed for over 100,000 compressions with full-life performance.


    Vascular access:

    · Venipuncture, blood collection, and intravenous infusion can be performed on the left arm.

    · Venipuncture sites: dorsal venous network of the hand (4 palpable vessels) and median cubital vein in the antecubital area (3 palpable vessels).

    · Deltoid IM injection with real liquid.


    Neurological:

    · Pupillary light reflex is responsive, with the system automatically detecting and logging the examination.

    · Pupil size can be adjusted: normal, dilated, and constricted.


    Drug recognition system

    · Built-in drug recognition system can identify 16 types of clinical medications and automatically recognize their names, dosages, and administration routes.


    Detection & Control System (Instructor Unit & learner Unit):

    · A web-based control system allows for instant wireless access via browser on any intelligent terminals, such as tablets, PCs, or mobile devices by scanning the QR code, with no software installation required.

    · The system allows for real-time training and assessment with up to 20 manikins connected simultaneously, while the Instructor Unit can monitor each Learner Unit's actions and enable remote control of all manikins' vital signs.

    · The functions of Learner Unit can be performed via shortcut of Instructor Unit.


    Compatibility

    · Equipped with a pulse oximeter for monitoring SpO₂, HR, and pulse wave, supporting probes of clinical real monitor. The system automatically recognizes correct probe placement and ensures all values change dynamically based on the simulated patient's condition.

    · A high-definition network camera is provided, supporting remote focus adjustment and pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) control.
